You can easily log in to VSight Remote's Admin Panel,
Please use one of the following browsers to access this page: Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge Chromium 79+, or Safari.
Step 2: Fill out all required fields with your information, then click LOGIN.
Enter the name of your account. (1)
As well as your admin-specific credentials in the form of a username. (2)
And your related password. (3) This information can be found in the PDF document with all your access data.
Step 3: If your account name should be saved for future logins, please select the "Remember account name" check box. (4)
This will help you sign up in less time.
Select your preferred language from the drop-down menu. (5)
The language can still be changed at any later time point in the admin panel.
Step 4: Finally, click on "LOGIN" to access the admin panel. (6)
For the function, SingleSign-On (SSO) or the integration of your Azure Active Directory (AD) for the user management, are available as add-ons. (7) Please contact your admin or your contact person at VSight.
If you no longer have your access data at hand or if you forgot your password, please contact info@vsight.io.
The role of an administrator is not intended for the actual use of the platform as an expert or subscriber. Co-admins, on the other hand, can take over the role of an expert or subscriber (depending on the license purchased). Please contact your admin in this regard.
If you want to use the Admin Panel in China, this is only possible via a VPN connection.
How user can access the application in China is specified in the link.
Step 5: To log out of the admin panel, click on your profile icon in the upper right corner, click on the drop-down menu and log out.
After 10 minutes of inactivity in the admin panel, you will be automatically logged out for security reasons.
